The current project aims to build a modern digital club in the building of the National Community Center "Saedinenie 1885" in the village of Klimentovo, which will provide the local community with access to educational, informational and cultural resources in an online environment. By creating the club, which will be equipped with the necessary equipment and software, free consultations and training in various digital skills will be offered, according to the needs of users. A mentor will be appointed to the club who will assist all interested individuals, including disadvantaged individuals, older adults, etc., who lack the necessary digital skills to fully participate in online training and self-study courses. The expected result is inclusion in the national network of digital clubs, development of digital and other skills through access to online training platforms and use of electronic learning resources by disadvantaged people - women, the elderly and others who do not have access to computer equipment and the Internet or do not have the necessary skills for independent use.

Създаване на дигитален клуб в НЧ "Съединение 1885" село Климентово: В НЧ "Съединение 1885" село Климентово, ще бъде създаден дигитален клуб, като се реализират следните поддейности: 1.1 Доставка и инсталация на оборудване и обзавеждане за работните станции; 1.2 Осигуряване на интернет свързаност; 1.3 Назначаване на наставник; 1.4 Осигуряване на друг вид оборудване и обзавеждане за функционирането на дигиталния клуб;1.5 Съпътстващи дейности в т.ч - информация, комуникация и публичност.
Помещението , в което се предвижда създаването на дигиталния клуб е Общинска собственост, която с решение №99 т.10 от 23.02.2000 г ОбС Полски Тръмбеш, предоставя имота за безвъзмездно ползване от Читалище" Съединение-Климентово" село Климентово, което според ЗНЧ, сега е преименувано на "Съединение 1885". Помещението е просторно/широко 4.60 м., дълго 6.70 м. и високо 3 м./, ремонтирано, лесно достъпно, включително и за хора с увреждания и напълно подходящо за дигитален клуб, който ще бъде със свободен безплатен достъп за всички заинтересувани лица.
