With the present Proposal for Implementation of Investments Moni Monev applies for funding under Procedure No. № BG-RRP-6.004 “Investment in technological and ecological modernization” within the NRR plan.
The project foresees the purchase and commissioning of an innovative system for automatic tractor control and of modern attached equipment, with which the young farmer will significantly ensure the technological modernization of his agricultural activity. Mr. Monev’s intentions are to optimize most of the tillage activities, as well as to create conditions for more precise implementation of the operations of sowing, fertilizing, and spraying of the crops in the holding.
The specific assets subject to the Applicant's investment program include:
- Automatic tractor control system providing navigational control using RTK and DGPS signals and equipped with sensors monitoring the turning of the machine,
- Hinged reversible plow with up to 4 working bodies and working grip of one body 30-45 cm,
- A compact disc harrow with a working width of about 4 m and discs with a diameter of 500-510 mm, allowing a working depth of up to 14 cm, and
- Hinged cultivator with a mass of up to 2 t, a working width of about 6 m and 4 rows of working sections.
The basic parameters of the attached equipment set by the Applicant are intended to ensure its compatibility with the mechanization available on the farm, presented in the Basic information attached with this project.
The complete realization of the investment intention summarized here will improve the performance of Moni Monev as an agricultural producer from the point of view of process automation, resource efficiency and environmental friendliness during the execution of farming activities; it will greatly help recovering the farm from the impacts suffered as a result of the COVID pandemic, and the current crisis related to the military actions in Ukraine.

Въвеждане в експлоатация на модерно оборудване за обработка на почвата и автоматично управление на трактор: В обхвата на Дейност № 1 на практика попада реализацията на включеното в проекта инвестиционно намерение в неговата цялост. По своята същност дейността покрива целия процес по избора на доставчици, договарянето, закупуването и въвеждането в експлоатация на оборудването за управление на механизацията и прикачния инвентар, обект на инвестиционната програма на Мони Монев в рамките на настоящото предложение за изпълнение на инвестиции. Съгласно обективните потребности от материално обезпечаване и технологична модернизация на растениевъдната дейност на кандидата активите, чието придобиване се явява предмет на Дейност № 1, са както следва:
- Един брой система за автоматично управление на трактор, осигуряваща навигационен контрол посредством RTK и DGPS сигнали и оборудвана със сензори за завиване на машината,
- Един брой навесен обръщателен плуг с до 4 работни корпуса и работен захват на едно тяло 30-45 см,
- Един брой компактна дискова брана с работна ширина от порядъка на 4 м и дискове с диаметър 500-510 мм, позволяваща дълбочина на обработките до 14 см, и
- Един брой навесен култиватор с маса до 2 т, работна ширина от порядъка на 6 м и 4 реда работни секции.
Всички активи ще бъдат закупени нови и следва да отговарят като минимум на изложените по-горе изисквания по отношение на основните си експлоатационни характеристики и технически параметри. Виждането на младия земеделски стопанин за практическото изпълнение на така представената Дейност № 1 е представено по-долу.
