The project proposal is related to the purchase of an electric vehicle and a charging station for the purposes of providing social services delegated by the state on the territory of the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia. The measure meets the need for modernization and decarbonization of the vehicle fleet used in the provision of social services by the municipality. The territory of the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia covers 16 settlements, some of which are quite distant from the municipal center, which requires travel by the teams providing social services.
It is planned to purchase 1 electric vehicle equipped with a charging station with a power of at least 22 kW.
According to the instructions of the financing body, the following requirements will be met when determining the type of vehicle:
- electric vehicle (category M 1 or N 1) and a charging station for electric vehicles with a charging capacity of at least 22 kW, meeting the following minimum technical parameters for electric vehicles:
1) Vehicle type
- Drive type: fully electric (zero emissions)
- Minimum 2+1 seats (driver + 2 passengers)
2) Battery and range:
- Battery capacity: minimum 60 kWh
- Autonomous range on a single charge: minimum 200 km (according to WLTP)
3) Load capacity:
- Payload: minimum 700 kg
4) Charging capabilities:
- Ability to charge from a standard AC charging station (Type 2), 22 kW
- Equipped with an on-board charger with a power of not less than 7.0 kW
5) Warranty conditions:
- Minimum 5 years or 150,000 km for the vehicle
- Minimum 8 years or 160,000 km for the battery.
The vehicle will be branded according to the instructions for mandatory general branding given in the Procedure Implementation Manual.

Закупуване на електрическо превозно средство и свързана зарядна станция : След подписване на договора за финансиране на проекта ще бъде проведена процедура за избор на изпълнители за доставка на електрически автомобил и зарядна станция съгласно приложимите прагове на ЗОП. С избраните изпълнители ще бъдат сключени договори, след което ще се пристъпи към изпълнение на дейностите. Съгласно указанията на финансиращият орган ще бъдат спазени следните изисквания при определяне на типа автомобил:
- електрически автомобил (категория М 1 или N 1) и зарядна станция за електрически автомобили с капацитет за зареждане от минимум 22 kW, отговарящ на следните минимални технически параметри за електромобили:
1) Тип превозно средство
- Тип задвижване: изцяло електрически (нулеви емисии)
- Минимум 2+1 места (шофьор + 2 пътници)
2) Батерия и пробег:
- Капацитет на батерията: минимум 60 kWh
- Автономен пробег с едно зареждане: минимум 200 км (по WLTP)
3) Товарен капацитет:
- Полезен товар: минимум 700 кг
4) Зарядни възможности:
- Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW
- Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW
5) Гаранционни условия:

Автомобилът ще бъде брандиран съгласно указанията за задължителен общ брандинг дадени в Ръководството за изпълнение на процедурата.
