According to the project proposal, it is planned to purchase modern machines for the agricultural activity of ZP Nikolay Zahariev. Various crops are grown on the farm, and the investment is directed directly to the cultivation of a priority crop - potatoes.
The assets laid out in the project proposal perfectly complement the available machines and equipment in the farm, increasing the efficiency of the agrotechnical measures and, accordingly, reflect positively on the competitiveness of the agricultural activity. All selected assets meet the requirement to achieve a high level of automation and digital management of the processes carried out with them.
Through the selected machines and equipment with precise control and automation of the processes, Nikolay Zahariev's agricultural holding will be able to achieve a high optimization of the agrotechnical activities carried out in the cultivation of potatoes. The navigation, which is purchased for the tractor, optimizes the operation of the attached machines, allowing control of the operations and precision in their execution. Accuracy in the management of the performed activities ensures high yields, which directly reflects on the efficiency of the activity and increase of the income of the farmer.
The introduction of the new assets will allow the transition of the farm in the direction of reducing the impact on the environment, improving working conditions. It will also have a positive effect on the quality of the production.

Закупуване на специализирана техника за стопанството, осигуряваща автоматизация на процесите: В стопанството на земеделски производител Николай Захариев се отглеждат различни видове култури, но конкретното проектно предложение е насочено към отглежданите площи с картофи. Земеделският производител от години търси възможности да закупи подходяща специализирана техника с цел да развива по добре отглеждането на картофи. Културата е приоритетна, а в района на Перник и Брезник, където са стопанисваните ниви, почвите са много подходящи за отглеждане на тази култура. Кандидатства се за закупуването на следната автоматизирана техника:
- Трактор 110 к.с. с навигационна система за автоматизиране на процесите
- Челен товарач за трактор, автоматизиран през навигацията
- Дискова брана, автоматизирана през навигацията
- Картофовадачка, автоматизирана през навигацията
С планираните за закупуване активи ще могат по-добре да се извършват необходимите обработки на картофите, ще се постига извършване на прецизни обработки, с цел повишаване на добивите.
