A technological solution has been implemented in the claimed technique, which enables the traceability of operations and the generation and exchange of data. The purchase of an automated line for sorting and packaging potato products is planned. The amount of production that is expected to be realized is in the amount of 120 tons to 150 tons, which needs to be collected and prepared for sale to traders or processing enterprises. The selected automated line is in accordance with the production capacity and the time for preparation and delivery to the market.
