The project proposal includes the establishment of a digital club in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Blagoevgrad with 6 equipped workstations and a mentor to assist visitors. The club will provide interested persons with free access to electronic educational resources, including the acquisition of digital skills.Target group of the project: All citizens on the territory of Blagoevgrad Municipality with the basis of supporting the principle of "lifelong learning" and "equal access to training", according to the wishes and personal choices of the individuals.The club will primarily be used by adults in disadvantaged situations, including people of Roma origin, women, the elderly, etc., including those who do not have their own computer equipment and internet connectivity.The main result of the project is the creation and sustainable functioning of a digital club, which provides free access to technology, internet and mentoring for the development of digital skills, social inclusion and better employment opportunities for target groups.To overcome low motivation and social barriers, communication activities in understandable language, short motivational courses for small groups using the gamification method, and the creation of a community of learners are planned.Through active cooperation with local NGOs, EAs, social services, mediators and media, awareness and involvement of vulnerable groups will be ensured.Sustainability will be ensured by creating a community of learners and continued access to the club after the project ends.

Създаване на дигитален клуб с 6 работни станции с безплатен достъп: Дигиталният клуб ще бъде създаден в Търговско-промишлена палата – Благоевград, която се намира в идеалния център на града с достъп за инвалиди. Сградата е общинска собственост. Помещението, определено за Дигитален клуб, е 45 кв. м. и е подходящо за оборудване с 6 работни станции.

Информиране и активно привличане на уязвими групи.: Дейността цели социално приобщаване на уязвими групи чрез целенасочено информиране и активно привличане за участие в дигиталния клуб. Тя включва разпространение на информация за възможностите за безплатен достъп до компютри, интернет за онлайн обучение и самообучение, в това число и дигитални умения, както и осигуряване на директен контакт с потенциални участници. Търговско-промишлената палата в Благоевград, в качеството си на представител на работодателите и социален партньор, ще допринесе за разпространяване на информация както към уязвимите групи, така и към всички заинтересовани страни, включително работодателите. Предвид високата обществена значимост на проекта и практическата му връзка с осигуряване на необходимите за работодателите професионални умения, в дейността ще бъде включен отговорникът за „Връзки с обществеността“ на Търговско-промишлена палата – Благоевград.
