The project “Establishment of an Outpatient Clinic in the Village of Slaveykovo – Current Repair of the ‘Health Service’ Building” provides for the implementation of current repair works in premises that are municipal property, meeting the criteria under Article 12, paragraph 5 of the Municipal Property Act, and suitable for the establishment of an outpatient medical practice.
The repair works will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. RD-02-20-3 of 21.12.2015 on the design, execution, and maintenance of public service buildings in the field of healthcare.
According to the regulatory requirements, an individual outpatient medical practice (office) shall include at least the following premises:
a consultation and examination room;
a waiting room;
a treatment room;
a sanitary facility.
The premises designated for renovation are located on the first floor of the existing building, have an accessible environment and a separate entrance. The total area of the facility is ........... sq.m.

Текущ ремонт на помещения за амбулаторни грижи: Дейността предвижда извършване на текущ ремонт на съществуващи помещения, предназначени за предоставяне на амбулаторни медицински грижи на населението в село Славейково. Ремонтът цели да осигури подобряване на хигиенно-техническото състояние на помещенията и функционалното им разпределение, така че те да отговарят на изискванията на съвременната медицинска практика и на нормативната уредба за здравни заведения.
Предвидено е извършване на стоително-монтажни работи, като: подмяна на подови настилки, шпакловка и боядисване на стени и тавани, освежаване и модернизиране на санитарното помещение, подмяна на дограма и др.
