It is planned to purchase a new electric vehicle with a connected charging station, meeting the minimum requirements of the Application Conditions.
The implementation of the project aims to improve the provision of social services, including their mobile provision. The purchase of an electric vehicle will reduce dependence on exhaustible natural resources, reduce carbon emissions and the carbon footprint of the social service activity.
The following activities will be carried out to implement the project proposal
1. Activities for issuing a Permit for placing a movable object.
A Scheme for placing a movable object and a project containing at least the "Architecture" part will be prepared, which will be coordinated with the competent authorities and operating companies, after which they will be submitted for issuing a Permit for placement by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Ruse.
A contract will be concluded with an operating company for the consumption of electricity.
2. Selection of a contractor for the "Delivery of a new electric vehicle with a connected charging station for the purposes of providing the social service "Day Center for Adults with Severe Multiple Disabilities", with address: Ruse, 20 N. Y. Vaptsarov Str.
A public procurement task will be prepared and announced for the selection of a contractor for the delivery of an electric vehicle with a connected charging station in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.
3. Commissioning of the installed charging station.
After the delivery of the electric vehicle and the installation of the connected charging station, the same will be commissioned.
When implementing the planned activities, the Application Conditions, the conditions for implementation under the Procedure, as well as all applicable legal and regulatory acts guaranteeing the accurate implementation of the investment and the safe operation of the vehicle and the connected charging station will be complied with.

Дейност 2 – Избор на изпълнител за „Доставка на ново електрическо превозно средство със свързана зарядна станция за целите на предоставяне на социалната услуга „Дневен център за пълнолетни лица с тежки множествени увреждания“, с адрес: гр. Русе, ул. „Н. Й. Вапцаров№ 20;: За избор на изпълнител за доставка на електрическо превозно средство със свързана зарядна станция ще бъде изготвено и обявено задания за обществена поръчка по реда на Закона за обществените поръчки.

Дейност 3 - Въвеждане в експлоатация на поставената зарядна станция;: В седем дневен срок от поставянето на зарядната станция ще бъде подадено заявление за удостоверение за въвеждане в експлоатация на станцията от Главния архитект на Община Русе.
След проверка на документацията и проверка на място, следва да бъде издадено Удостоверението, не по-късно от 7 (седем) дни от подаване на заявлението.
