With the implementation of the project proposal under procedure BG-RRP-13.011 "Purchase of electric vehicles, including connected charging stations for the provision of social services", one 22 kW electric vehicle connected to a charging station for the purposes of providing social services in the municipality of Pernik will be provided.
The measure meets the need to modernize and decarbonize the vehicle fleet used in the provision of social services.
The vehicles meet the requirements of Regulation No. H-21 of 2023, which introduces into Bulgarian legislation the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/1161 on the promotion of clean vehicles.
All investments in social infrastructure will be fully in line with the requirements of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (“UN CRPD”), including General Comment 5 and the Concluding Observations of the UN CRPD Committee, with due respect for the principles of equality, freedom of choice, the right to independent living, accessibility and the prohibition of all forms of segregation. Furthermore, in any investment, the implementation of an accessible environment in accordance with the most modern accessibility standards must be ensured. The investments will demonstrate alignment with and contribute to the deinstitutionalisation strategy and relevant EU policies and legal frameworks to comply with human rights obligations, namely the European Pillar of Social Rights and the Disability Rights Strategy 2021-2030.

4) Зарядни възможности:
- Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW
- Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW
5) Гаранционни условия:
- Минимум 5 години или 150 000 км за автомобила
- Минимум 8 години или 160 000 км за батерията
