In recent years, against the background of the global health and economic crisis, the important role of agriculture for the normal functioning of the food supply chain and ensuring food security has been clearly highlighted. In addition to providing quality and safe food, agriculture is also given commitments to make a significant contribution to the goals of the green and digital transition.
Agriculture has the potential to produce affordable, safe and high-quality products, as well as to contribute to environmental protection, climate change prevention and biodiversity. However, this implies the creation of favorable conditions for its accelerated technical renewal and widespread entry into the practice of digital innovations, allowing sustainability of results with the use of fewer resources.
Precision agriculture is a new technology that allows producers to adequately manage cultivated areas depending on spatially differentiated information. It is an innovative, technologically and information-based, intelligent approach to identify, analyze and manage the variables to obtain cost-effective production while protecting the environment.
With this PII, the applicant plans to purchase navigation equipment and build an AUTONOMOUS PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT WITH INSTALLED CAPACITY 9.99 kWp only for own needs AND A LOCAL ENERGY STORAGE FACILITY IN PI WITH IDENTIFIER 16537.38.24, LOCALITY "GERGOV GERAN" ACCORDING TO KK AND KR OF VILLAGE OF GORNI DABNIK, MUNICIPALITY OF DOLNI DABNIK, REGION. PLEVEN.
The intended investment is in connection with the activity of the agricultural holding. The aim of the project is to achieve lasting ecological and technological sustainability of a modern agricultural holding with thought and activity for environmental protection, including targeted reduction of harmful emissions and waste, production of energy from a natural source (the sun) and contributing to a sustainable digital economic recovery.

"Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация": Настоящото ПИИ ще бъде изпълнено при спазване на Условията за кандидатстване и Условията за изпълнение по Процедура № BG-RRP-6.004 „Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация" от НПВУ и всички съпътстващи документи по процедурата.
Изборът на доставчици на инвестициите по дейност 1 ще се извърши след датата на подаване на ПИИ и/или след сключване на договора за финансиране, съгласно изискванията на т. 10.3.2.1. и т. 10.3.2.2. от Приложение 2-общи условия към договор.
Всички бюджетни редове са обвързани с Дейност 1.
Крайният получател трябва ще изпълни проекта (инвестицията по ПВУ) с грижата на добър стопанин, при спазване на принципите за добро финансово управление (икономичност, ефикасност, ефективност и избягване на двойно финансиране), свободна конкуренция, равно третиране, публичност и недопускане на дискриминация, съобразно най-добрите практики в съответната област и в съответствие с настоящия договор. За тази цел крайният получател ще осигури всички финансови, човешки и материални ресурси, необходими за пълното и точно изпълнение на одобрената инвестиция по ПВУ.
