The trend in the economy is the automation of processes, the transition to technologies protecting the soil from erosion and protecting the environment by reducing carbon emissions. This will be achieved through strip tillage technology, which minimizes tillage, reduces costs, carbon emissions and process automation through on-farm tractor navigation systems and investment inventory control systems.
Object of the project investment are:
1. Fertilizer spreader - The fertilizer spreader has a sensor, sectional control and ISOBUS, through which the rate of fertilization will be automatically adjusted, costs will be saved and the amount of fertilizers will be limited, which will increase the profitability of the activity and help protect the environment.
2. Seed cleaning - productivity monitoring system from a control panel. - The machine is automated with a control panel which facilitates the work process.
3.Precision strip-till cultivator with GPS tracker-bluetooth driver and inventory identification, machine, driver and inventory tracking software
4.Precise hopper for fertilizing.
Since the cultivator is hinged, it is a common unit with the tractor and is controlled by the tractor's navigation system.
In addition, the cultivator has a GPS tracker-bluetooth identification of the driver and inventory, software for tracking the machine, the driver and the inventory, through which the cultivated areas and the location of the inventory will be reported.
7. Autonomous photovoltaic system 20kw with batteries 20kw, which will contribute to the improvement of energy efficiency and ecological modernization of the farm.
The goals of the investments under the project are process automation, introduction of new environmentally friendly technologies and environmental protection, increasing efficiency and reducing direct costs and energy efficiency of the farm.
