The objective of this reform is to support the functioning of the balancing market in Bulgaria. The measure consists in the accession of the Transmission System Operator ESO EAD to the Platform for the International Coordination of Automated Frequency Restoration and Stable System Operation (PICASSO) and the publication of a report on demand-response measures.
