Until now, the loading and unloading activity in the farm is carried out manually, which is extremely inefficient and labor-intensive. Object of the project investment is:
1. Gas truck 48.81 hp/36.4 kw with load capacity 2000 kg, lifting height of 4000-5000 mm, forks, cab, Stage 5 engine.
The gas truck will carry out loading and unloading activities in the farm as follows:
- Watermelons 60t. on average per year, which ripen from the beginning of July to the end of August. They are loaded into box trailers. They are unloaded at the base and then loaded onto customer buses and trucks with the boxes;
- Cabbage 80t. annual average of which is harvested from the beginning of September to the end of November. It is loaded in boxes, unloaded in the warehouse and then with buses and trucks it is loaded with boxes to customers.
- Cherries 45 tons per year on average, which ripen from the beginning of May to the middle of July. They are loaded on pallets in crates, taken down to the base and then loaded onto customer buses and trucks.;
-Plums 10t. on average per year, which ripen from late August to late September. They are loaded onto pallets and crates, unloaded at the base and then loaded onto customer buses and trucks.
2. Electric scissors with a cutting capacity of 40mm. with Bluetooth for operating systems, providing the possibility of traceability and control of operations and data exchange with Telescopic extension 120-190cm. The shears will be used in the pruning of cherries and plums, and the presence of a system for traceability and control of operations will automate the process and will increase efficiency.
The goal of the current project is technological modernization in the farm and automation of loading and unloading activities, as well as saving a lot of manual labor. It is automation of the cutting process and control and monitoring of operations that will improve efficiency.
