Over the past 10 years, following the European and national policy of deinstitutionalization of care for children and the elderly and people with disabilities and the transition to social services provided in the community and in a home environment, the Municipality of Veliki Preslav has managed to create and continuously provide 7 social services.
Among the most prominent are the DCPDUTS with a capacity of 30 p. in the town of Veliki Preslav, housed in a building with identifier 58222.495.575.1, as well as the CNSTPLUI with a capacity of 15 p., located in the village of Imrenchevo, using a building with identifier 32723.501.162.1. Both buildings have been completely renovated, furnished and equipped, with an accessible environment and landscaped courtyards.
Despite significant investments in the building stock, taking into account environmental aspects, significant expences for maintenance of the social services continue to be the relatively high electricity bills and fuel costs for the vehicles that provide transportation for users and staff.
Through this PP, which envisages the construction of a PV power plant in the two buildings with a capacity of 25 kW and 15 kW respectively and the purchase of EVs, the identified challenges will be addressed, thus complementing and building on measures that are part of the overall deinstitutionalization process and reducing the carbon footprint of the municipality of Veliki Preslav.

Разработване на проектни решения и инсталиране на фотоволтаични електрически централи: За да се пристъпи към изграждане на ФЕЦ, първоначално е необходимо да бъдат разработени проектни решения по част "Електро" и част "Конструктивна", както и конструктивно и електротехническо становище за двата обекта на интервенция.
