With this project proposal, a photovoltaic system will be built and put into operation for the production of electricity in the company for its own needs, as well as facilities for its storage.
The expected effect is to accelerate the transition to climate neutrality by improving the energy efficiency and independence of the company.
Combining new RES with local electrical energy storage facilities will contribute to increasing the flexibility of the national energy system by developing new storage facilities to address the intermittent nature of this type of energy.
The realization of the investments under the current project will support the implementation of the goals of the Energy Union for secure, sustainable, competitive and economically affordable energy. Decentralization of the electricity supply system will be encouraged, while at the same time avoiding the distribution of the costs of its management to consumers.
In addition, the project investments comply with the requirements of the principle of "doing no significant harm" to the environment, contributing to the ecological transition in the activities of enterprises.
