This Investment Proposal (IP) is in line with the REPowerEU Plan and the EU Green Deal and aims to support the transition to clean mobility. By equipping social services with an EMV, the growing need for more efficient, reliable and sustainable mobility in their provision in the municipality of Vratsa will be met. The implementation of the IP is of particular importance in view of the growing mobility needs in the social sphere, especially in the context of deinstitutionalization and the shift to services provided in the community and in a home environment. Replacing old diesel and petrol cars with an electric vehicle will lead to a significant reduction in carbon emissions, as well as savings in fuel and maintenance. The implementation of the project will increase employee mobility, reduce carbon emissions and optimize transport costs, providing a modern, environmentally friendly and economical solution. The PI will have a direct positive impact on the target groups - users of social services, including the elderly, people with disabilities, people at risk and vulnerable households, who rely on timely support and regular service. The implementation of the PI will contribute to the realization of the following result:
- One electric vehicle and a connected charging station with a minimum power of 22 kW purchased.
This PI complements and builds on measures that are part of the overall process of deinstitutionalization of care for children/youth, the elderly and people with disabilities.
The initiative supports the sustainable development and modernization of municipal infrastructure for the benefit of the local community.

Закупуване на електрическо превозно средство и зарядна станция: Дейността предвижда закупуването на един брой електрически автомобил, както и доставка и монтаж на една зарядна станция в подкрепа на нарастващите мобилни нужди в социалната сфера. Целта е да се подобри екологичния и енергиен профил на Община Враца чрез въвеждане на алтернативно, нискоемисионно транспортно средство за служебни нужди. Използването на електромобила ще допринесе за значително намаление на разходите за гориво, намаление на въглеродните емисии, както и до спестявания от гориво и поддръжка.
Зарядната станция за електрическия автомобил ще бъде инсталирана на сградата на Общинската администрация-Враца (от страната на паркинга) , на административен адрес: гр. Враца, ул. "Стефанаки Савов" №6, АПОС № 73/06.08.1998 г.). Капацитетът за зареждане на станцията ще е от минимум 22 kW и ще осигурява необходимото захранване за ефективно използване на електрическия автомобил.
Дейността включва:
1. Изгoтвяне на идейна обяснителна записка и КСС по окрупнени показатели - предварителна дейност.
2. Изгoтвяне на проектно предложение по част "Електро" за инталиране на зарядна станция за автомобил от минимум 22 kW.
3. Закупуване на един електрически автомобил (категоия М 1).
4. Застраховане и регистрация в КАТ на електрическия автомобил.
5. Закупуване, доставка и инсталиране на една зарядна станция с капацитет от минимум 22 kW.
Съгласно Условията за кандидатстване по процедурата ще има задължителен общ брандинг по отношение на закупените електрически автомобили.
Дейността е насочена към въвеждане на зелени решения, отговарящи на съвременните изисквания за нискоемисионни превозни средства и устойчиво развитие.
