The project proposal is aimed at retrofitting a livestock facility with an automated milking plant with a central milk pipe, equipped with a vacuum pump unit and an electronic programmable washing and disinfection system. The applicant's holding is registered under Art. 137 of the Law on the veterinary medical activity for raising milk cows, with a capacity of up to 100 EPJ. With the automation of milking processes, the objectives of the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability will be achieved, as well as technological modernization will be achieved in the production processes at the applicant's livestock facility. Automation in the milking process in the livestock farm is a modern solution that is in sync with both animal welfare requirements and the requirements of Regulation 852/2004 on environmental requirements for livestock farms. Thus, the investment meets the conditions for FDI eligibility under the procedure.
The applicant did not receive support for a previous project under the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020.
