Services offered on the territory of Belene municipality are:1.CPS"St.Marta"-supports families at risk in order to provide a family environment for children;prevention of abandonment;support for improving the care of children placed by institutions in foster families;stimulation of educational development and motivation for learning;children's clubs and parent groups for mutual aid;participation in competitions.2.CSRI "St.Vincenti"-training of children and youth to acquire skills for independent living,social inclusion and coping with common life situations;kinesitherapy;individual and group work with children,youth and their families to develop their potential;walks and visits to cultural and historical sites.3.Assistant support for persons with permanent disabilities and of working age who are unable to self-service and who don`t have a certain degree of reduced working capacity.It`s expressed in service;movement and mobility;performance of household activities;communication.4.Municipal basic organization of people with disabilities-information services on the rights and preferences of people with disabilities;explanation of the rights to integration supplements (transports,medicines,targeted heating benefits);consultations regarding the use of technical aids;consultation and guidance for parents on working with children with disabilities;organization of celebrations,amateur artistic activities,visiting cultural and historical monuments;hobby activities:chess,knitting;organization of seminars and lectures with medical specialists.The users of these social services are disabled people with a certain first,second and third group of disability.
The social services provided in the municipality aim to improve social protection,overcome social isolation and provide better and more dignified living conditions and opportunities for social inclusion for groups at social risk-people with disabilities,elderly people living alone and people in disadvantaged situations.

Ще бъдат спазени следните изисквания:

- Минимум 2+1 места (шофьор + 2 пътници)
2) Батерия и пробег:
- Капацитет на батерията: минимум 60 kWh
- Автономен пробег с едно зареждане: минимум 200 км (по WLTP)
3) Товарен капацитет:
- Полезен товар: минимум 700 кг
4) Зарядни възможности:
- Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW
- Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW
5) Гаранционни условия:
- Минимум 5 години или 150 000 км за автомобила
- Минимум 8 години или 160 000 км за батерията
