This project proposal provides for the procurement of an electric vehicle, including an associated charging station, intended for the delivery of a state-delegated social service within a building owned by the Municipality of Ivanovo.
The building is located on property plot № PI 84049.25.14, 1B "Stara Planina" Street, village of Shtraklevo, Ivanovo Municipality, Ruse Region.
The building currently hosts a social service operated by the Association "Center Dynamica", under the name:
"Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration for Elderly People, Adults, and Children with Physical Disabilities",
which provides the following state-delegated activities:
1. Information and counselling;
2. Advocacy and mediation;
3. Therapy and rehabilitation;
4. Training in skill acquisition;
5. Community work;
6. Support for the development of work skills.
At present, the service is used by a total of 32 (thirty two) users, including:
– 15 (fifteen) adults with disabilities certified by a medical expert commission (TELK);
– 14 (fourteen) adults without TELK certification;
– 3 (three) children.
The service is provided across both floors of the building.
On the first floor, the following areas are in use: 2 rooms, 2 sanitary facilities, a corridor, and a foyer.
On the second floor: 6 rooms, 2 corridors, a foyer, and 2 sanitary facilities.
