Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

The investment proposal establishes an outpatient clinic and a consultative medical and social unit for preventive and promotional activities, which will offer health and social services (integrated consultative, promotional, preventive and patronage activities) for all groups in need in the village of Pisarevo, Gorna Oryahovitsa municipality. The project supports the reform to improve the attractiveness of health professions and promote a more balanced distribution of health professionals and fully responds to the measures and tasks set out in the National Health Strategy regarding the implementation of Priority 2 Improving the quality, efficiency and control of medical activities, Policy 2.1. Development of the capacity of outpatient medical care; Policy 2.7. "Development of human capital in the healthcare system". Its implementation will contribute to limiting the migration process of medical specialists. 
The project will be implemented in accordance with the principles of gender equality, equal opportunities and non-discrimination. Strict attention will be paid to equality between men and women, the participation of disadvantaged people and representatives of different minority groups. The investment will be in accordance with the principle of "doing no significant harm" and will contribute to the ecological transition by providing that the container is energy efficient with good insulation; the installation site is not in an area with a high risk of climate disasters; minimizing waste during installation and ensuring separate collection; processing the terrain will be without soil or air pollution and there will be no need to cut down trees or affect animal species.
