The proposal for implementing the investment is related to constructing a combined project for NEW installed capacity for producing electricity from solar energy and for LSS, where both elements (production and storage) are components of the same project proposal. The works on the project about the LSS did not start before the submission of the proposal for the implementation of investment under the current procedure, but about the component for the production of electrical energy from renewable energy sources - the construction began after a building permit was obtained in June of year two thousand and twenty-two. It has been put into operation after with Permit for Use June fifteenth, two thousand twenty-three.
The installed capacity of the production component of the combined project is 3 850 kW AC. For the connection of the production component, there is a signed Agreement for the access of the Electricity Producer to the electricity distribution network.
The conceptual project envisages that the LSS will have a nominal installed capacity of 1 725 kW and a guaranteed nominal capacity of 5 015 kWh. The installed capacity of LCC represents 44.8% of the installed capacity of the production component. The guaranteed (useful) storage capacity of 5 015kWh per LSS provides a duration of 2.91 hours, at maximum system power, in charge/discharge modes. The LCC efficiency is >80% with the ability to work in a wide temperature range (-30°C~60°C) and relative humidity in the range of 0~100%. With an expected average production of the production component of 8,600.0MWh/year. The LSS will be able to charge a minimum of 75% of its capacity directly from the photovoltaic system, with an optimal annual utilization of the storage system of 1 cycle/day.
The project complies with the principle of "doing no significant harm" and with the principles of equality between women and men and ensuring equal opportunities for all.

- Контейнер 20ft - трансформаторно-конверторна станция за ЛСС с номинална инсталирана мощност 1 725 kW - 1 бр.
- Заземителна инсталация за ЛСС - 1 бр.
- Доставка и полагане на DC кабелна линия Н.Н. - 1 бр.
2) разходи за строително-монтажни работи (СМР);
Изграждане на бетонов фундамент
- Бетонов фундамент за контейнер с батерийни блокове за ЛСС - 1 бр.
- Бетонов фундамент за трансформаторно-конверторна станция за ЛСС - 1 бр.
3) разходи за услуги от инженерно-технически характер;
4) разходи за съоръженията за свързване на ЛСС към съоръженията на обекта, който се изгражда по комбинирания проект.
