Reconstruction and major renovation of an existing building located in the village of Leskovets, Oryahovo municipality, PI 43400.704.209, quarter 46, is planned, with the aim of establishing an outpatient clinic for outpatient medical care and a consultative medical and social unit.
The facility will be brought into full compliance with the requirements for safety, accessible environment and energy efficiency, in accordance with Regulation No. 7/2004 and Regulation No. RD-02-20-2/2021. The following activities will be carried out on the building:
Replacement of the roof structure, implementation of new waterproofing, thermal insulation of mineral wool and tile coating.
Thermal insulation of the external walls with XPS boards and plaster with high energy efficiency.
Thermal insulation of the ceiling and floor slab, in accordance with the prescriptions in the technical report.
Replacement of the joinery with new PVC joinery with triple glazing and low-emission coating.
Internal renovation of the premises – new flooring, walls with latex paint and tiled bathrooms.
Construction of an accessible environment – ramp, approach and signage for people with disabilities.
Renovation of the facade and construction of a new canopy over the entrance.
After completion of the renovation, the building will be equipped with the necessary medical equipment and furniture, in accordance with modern standards for outpatient care and medical and social services. This will allow the provision of quality health and social services for the citizens of the village of Leskovets, combining functionality, safety and energy efficiency.
The project contributes to improving access to health services, reducing inequalities between settlements and implementing the objectives of Investment 12 “Development of outpatient care” under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan.

в съответствие с одобрените инвестиционни проекти, издаденото разрешение за строеж и действащите нормативни актове;
