The project proposal " Establishment of a Digital Club at the Community Cultural Center Progress 1927,Varna " aims to provide wider access to modern digital technologies for people of all ages and social groups, including those with limited or insufficant digital skills. The initiative is designed to create opportunities for acquiring new competencies, upgrading and improving existing ones, and ensuring the active participaton of individuals in today's digital society.
The digital Club will serve as a supportive environment where participants can seek solutions to practical leisure time, and satisfy cultural and educational needs, while also fostering social interaction and communication.
The main target groups of the project include older adults, students, employed and unemployed individuals who lack adequate digital competencies or have limited ability to use electronic environments and e-sevrices.
By addressing these needs, the project contributes to digital inclusion, lifelong learning, and the promotion of equal opportunities for active social engagement.

Текущ ремонт на помещението: Помещението, в което ще бъде базиран дигиталният клуб се намира в сградата на НЧ Прогрес 1927. Залата е в добро общо експлоатационно състояние, но входната врата е стара, дървена и е компрометирана. За целите на опазване на имуществото следва да се подмени, като се замени със стабилна метална врата с многостранно заключване.
Еелектрическото табло е в добро експлоатационно състояние, но има нужда от профилактика и текущ ремонт на техническите елементи, свързани със захранване на помещението, в което ще е базиран дигиталният клуб.
Общата стойност на ремонтните дейности е 3 000 лв.
