Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

Levski Municipality is located in Central Northern Bulgaria, administratively part of Pleven District and the Northwestern Planning Region of the country, bordering municipalities from two other districts – Lovech and Veliko Tarnovo. The total area of ​​Levski Municipality is 414.7 sq. km or nearly 10% of the territory of Pleven District. There are a total of 13 settlements - the municipal center of Levski and 12 villages (Asenovtsi, Asparuhovo, Bozhurluk, Balgarene, Varana, Gradishte, Izgrev, Kozar Belene, Malchika, Obnova, Stezherovo, Tranchovitsa). 
The village of Malchika is the third most populous settlement in the municipality of Levski with a population of 1010 people according to data from the Directorate General of Urban Development and Urbanization as of 15.09.2025, located 6.7 km from the municipal center. Road III-303 passes through it. In its immediate vicinity are the villages of Balgarene and Asparuhovo, 3.8 km and 2.5 km away, respectively.
There is a general practitioner practice in the village. The health service in the village, where current renovations will be carried out, is a one-story building consisting of the following premises - a doctor's office, a manipulation room, a room for women's and children's consultation, a waiting room and a bathroom - 87 sq m.
This project proposal provides for ongoing renovation of a building to create a modern material and technical base for outpatient care, including the supply of equipment/furniture for the needs of the outpatient clinic. The construction and repair activities are described in the attached Summary CSC for the site. A sketch of the property and a title deed are attached to the project proposal.
