The investment under the present project is related to the necessary equipment for harvesting. Although the walnut trees are young (7-10 years old), they have already begun to bear fruit. According to the Technology Map of the farm, yields are expected to reach 77 tons per year, which implies the automation of harvesting. In the two large properties with an area of 300 decares, there are 4,760 trees, which means that on average there are 16 plantations per decare. The planned machine for uprooting the trees has a capacity of 75 pieces per hour, which means that the entire farm will be able to be uprooted in 64 motorcycle hours - about 10 working days.The tree shaker is compatible with the 100 hp tractor available on the farm. After the walnuts are roasted, the fallen fruits are collected from the ground - for this purpose, a self-propelled walnut harvesting machine with a power of 31 hp is provided. The machine is equipped with a hopper of 700 l, whose overload height is 2.50 m. The daily capacity of the harvester is 15-20 decares, which means that gardens with an area of 300 decares will be serviced within 15-20 days.
