Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

The residents of the village of Dibich, in addition to being isolated from the regional town, are also deprived of the opportunity to receive the necessary information and administrative services, have limited access to modern means of communication, as well as a need for new forms of training. All this can be ensured by building a digital club at the community center, where the elderly from the village will receive the relevant information and administrative assistance, and the free time of young people will be meaningful and diversified. Within the framework of the project, two workstations will be equipped with computers, computer tables, multifunctional devices, cameras and microphones in a room at the community center building. The room will be heated in winter with air conditioning, and a separate electricity meter will be installed for this purpose. In addition to the two workstations, the room will be equipped with a conference table, ten conference chairs, two shelves, a chest of drawers, a TV, a whiteboard and supplies.
After the project is launched, free computer training will be held for adults and young people, who will learn how to work with the MC office application, prepare a CV and a motivation letter. The training provided will be for acquiring skills that are already an integral part of the modern requirements for finding a job or continuing education, and the goals will be to achieve an equal start, utilize free time and overcome the social isolation of the residents of the village of Dibich. The digital communications club in the community center will be a material base for the implementation of further projects and training of adults, youth and students, as well as for the provision of computer services after the completion of the project.
The digital club will be serviced by one person - a mentor, and the services that will be offered will be free of charge. The premises in which the digital club will be built are municipal property.
