With this investment proposal, "Agriplanet" Ltd. applies for a grant under Procedure No. BG-RRP-6.004 "Investments in technological and ecological modernization" from the fund for promoting the technological and ecological transition of agriculture from the "National Plan for recovery and resilience". "Agriplanet" Ltd. is a company operating in the agricultural sector, and more specifically in the sector - vegetable production, the company develops its activities in the lands of Manolsko Konare village, Maritsa municipality, Plovdiv region, Rakovski village, Belozem village and Shishmantsi village. Rakovski region, Plovdiv. The company is one of the largest agricultural producers in the territory of the Plovdiv region, over the years it has cultivated areas of over 8,000,000 decares of tomatoes. Due to various economic factors, the last two years "Agriplanet" Ltd. has significantly reduced the areas sown with tomatoes, but with the implementation of the current project, the company plans to grow a minimum of 1,100,000 dec. tomatoes, and in total harvested more than 14,000,000 dec. agricultural lands.
During the past business year, "Agriplanet" Ltd. grew Tomatoes - 1,141,378 decares; Alfalfa – 5483.685 decares; Rice 878,769 dec; Pepper - 129,800 dec; Wheat 2200,609 dec; Fodder - 301,041 dec; Barley 28,713 dec; Sunflower - 2101,426 dec; Rapeseed - 2013,255 dec; Ptalajan - 6,003 dec and there are areas left fallow in the amount of 569,976 decares. or a total of 14,724,855 decares.
The investment costs under this FDI amount to a total of BGN 558,775.00 excluding VAT and include the purchase of:
- Self-propelled sprayer GRIM model 9 MAXI 3 500
The selected agricultural machinery, the object of this investment, is preferred above all because of the combination of high quality product and affordable price. The selection is based on the applicant's observations in the field of agricultural equipment and long-term experience with various machines offered on the market.
