The proposal for implementation of the investment of "AGRO CAPITAL 2011" Ltd. is aimed at the development and modernization of the agricultural holding of the company, which will contribute to the improvement of all stages of the activity of production and marketing of plant products, as well as to increase the competitiveness of the company on the market of cereals and oilseeds. A major factor in the implementation of these intentions is the commissioning of a system for automated power supply of four flat grain storage warehouses, each with axe dimensions of 27m x 30m. Commissioning of the automated power supply system of the warehouses will improve working conditions and will provide reliable storage of the production, which will preserve quality and will guarantee a higher cost of realization. The implementation of the automated power supply system will replace the current method of loading warehouses with the help of loaders, and this will significantly reduce the emissions from exhaust gases. With the investment included in the project, the company will increase its competitiveness and sustainability combined with accelerating its adaptation to climate change, digital transformation and greening of production.

Система за автоматизирано захранване на четири плоски склада за зърносъхранение, всеки с размери по оси 27м х 30м.: Произведеното от дружеството зърно ще се изсипва в авторазтоварище и ще се транспортира към някой от четирите склада в зависимост от неговият вид и качествени показатели. След като зърното постъпи в авторазтоварището ще се поема от приемен редлер, под който ще са монтирани магнитен сепаратор и симетрична клапа. Вертикалният транспорт ще се изпълнява от елеватори, които са взаемозаменяеми и при приемане и при разтоварване на зърното. Елеваторите ще транспортират зърното към складовете посредством редлерен транспорт по маршрути избрани с три пътната клапа. Управлението на системата ще се извършва от ел. табла с монтирана компютърна конфигурация, която ще визуализира работата на всички машини и съоръжения и ще своевременно да се вземат съответните решения по управлението им. Всички съоръжения са снабдени със сензори за контрол на въртене и против препълване. Това дава възможност технологичните процеси да се контролират и командват автоматично.
