According to the national map of social services and the social services plan in Hisarya municipality for 2026, social and integrated services corresponding to the activities under Art. 15 of the Social Services Act financed by the State Budget are planned to operate.
The project proposal responds to the need to modernize and decarbonize the vehicle fleet used in the provision of social services by Hisarya municipality. It is planned to purchase 1 electric vehicle (M1), equipped with a charging station with a power of at least 22 kW, meeting the following minimum technical parameters for electric vehicles:
1) Vehicle type
- Drive type:fully electric (zero emissions)
- Minimum 2+1 seats (driver + 2 passengers)
2) Battery and mileage:
- Battery capacity: minimum 60 kWh
- Autonomous mileage on a single charge: minimum 200 km (according to WLTP)
3) Load capacity:
- Payload:minimum 700 kg
4) Charging capabilities:
- Ability to charge from a standard AC charging station (Type 2), 22 kW
- Equipped with an on-board charger with a power of not less than 7.0 kW
5) Warranty conditions:
- Minimum 5 years or 150,000 km for the vehicle
- Minimum 8 years or 160,000 km for battery
The project proposal complements and builds on the project for construction activities and supply of equipment and furnishings with a view to reforming existing social services. It is part of the overall process of modernization and reform of social services, supporting the deinstitutionalization of care for the elderly and people with disabilities and creating conditions for mobile, flexible and sustainable support, consistent with modern standards of accessibility, efficiency and environmental friendliness.
With the implementation of this project, Hisarya Municipality will:
Improve access to social services through mobile teams
Reduce harmful emissions and operating costs
Create a sustainable transport environment supporting the processes of green transformation in the public sector

Закупуване на електрически автомобил (категория М 1 или N 1) и закупуване и монтаж на зарядна станция за електрически автомобили с капацитет за зареждане от минимум 22 kW: За изпълнение на дейността ще бъде изготвена документация за възлагане на обществена поръчка за закупуване на един брой електрически автомобил и сключен договор с външен изпълнител. Закупеният автомобил ще отговаря на минималните условия, заложени в условията за кандидатставне по процедурата:
