The village of Kosovo has a 348 people with a permanent and current address.Kosovo is a village in Northeastern Bulgaria.It is located in the municipality of Kaspichan,Shumen district.There are no hospitals in the municipality.Hospital care for the population is provided by MHALEAD, the city of Shumen and “MHAL Dr.Dobri Berov” Ltd, the city of Novi Pazar.Due to the restructuring and closure of some of the health facilities in the Municipality of Kaspichan, the EMCC is not functioning and the nearest health facility that serves the residents of the Municipality of Kaspichan is EMSCNovi Pazar, which is located 5.11 km.from the municipal center,the city of Kaspichan.For the current period, there are only 2 registered general practitioners in the Mcl.Kosovo is 32.5 km from the city of Novi Pazar, where “MHAL Dr. Dobri Berov” Ltd is located, and 26.8 km from to Kaspichan.To reach the , Shumen, it takes 50 minutes, and sometimes more, depending on traffic, and to travel a distance of about 50 km.Kaspichan Mcpl is one of the from the fifth level in the center hierarchy of the settlement network.In this regard, the created outpatient clinics in small settlements, remote areas will be able to be used by GPs and other medical specialists, and the mayors in these settlements will have the opportunity to appoint specialists who will benefit the population and will be able to work in a good medical infrastructure,because in most small settlements, as is the case with the village of Kosovo, the conditions are not suitable, since there is no health office in the village itself.Providing not only a good infrastructure environment, but also accessibility, which would benefit the population, while also contributing to the quality and effective provision of the health service itself, would promote the well-being of places that are extremely remote= In Kosovo,the need for such a service is great, especially for children and adults.The village is extremely needy.
