Purchase of an electric vehicle (category M1 or N1) and purchase and installation of a charging station for electric vehicles with a charging capacity of at least 22 kW, meeting the following minimum technical parameters for electric vehicles:
1) Vehicle type
- Drive type: fully electric (zero emissions)
- Minimum 2+1 seats (driver + 2 passengers)
2) Battery and range:
- Battery capacity: at least 60 kWh
- Autonomous range on a single charge: at least 200 km (according to WLTP)
3) Load capacity:
- Payload: at least 700 kg
4) Charging options:
- Ability to charge from a standard AC charging station (Type 2), 22 kW
- Equipped with an onboard charger with a power of at least 7.0 kW
5) Warranty conditions:
- Minimum 5 years or 150,000 km for the car
- Minimum 8 years or 160,000 km for the battery
The electric vehicle will be for the needs of two social services - activities delegated by the state, managed by the Kubrat municipality, namely:
1. Community Support Center (CSC), operating in a municipally owned building in the town of Kubrat, 2 "Stratsin" Str., 1st floor. The service provides: Information, Counseling, Advocacy, Mediation, Community Work, Training and Skills Acquisition (specialized), Therapy and Rehabilitation;
2. Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration for Children (CSRI), operating in a municipally owned building in the town of Kubrat, 2 "Stratsin" Street, 2nd floor. The service provides: Information, Counseling, Advocacy, Mediation, Community Work, Training and Skills Acquisition, Therapy and Rehabilitation.
Identification cadastral number of the building in which the two social services operate: 40422.504.425, within whose boundaries the charging station will be installed.
