The project proposal is aimed at the purchase of a straw baler with a chopper for cutting the material before baling and a digitized electronic control system WIZARD PLUS and a digital display, of the latest generation, for the needs of a livestock facility located in the village of Dripchevo, commune. Harmanli. By acquiring the asset, the subject of the project proposal, the applicant's farm will be digitized with the aim of effective management of work processes, precise work and effective utilization of available resources. The applicant is not an undertaking in difficulty, given the terms of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market pursuant to Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 187 from 26.6.2014).
The applicant did not receive support under the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020 for the same type of assets, but on the contrary, with the purchase of a straw baler, complementarity will be achieved with previous investments, with the aim of modernizing the farm in a technological and ecological aspect.
Given the above, the FDI is in accordance with the requirements of the procedure under the Fund for the Promotion of Technological and Environmental Modernization.
