Krushari Municipality has been a provider of social services for over 50 years.
The services we provide are oriented towards different social groups and meet specific care needs.
The municipality operates a Home for the Elderly "Sveta Petka", offering residential services for adults of working age with a capacity of 20 places, which are occupied all year round.
In 2015, a Sheltered Housing for Persons with Mental Retardation was opened with a capacity of 8 places, permanently occupied by young people who left the closed Home for Children with Mental Retardation in the village of Krushari.
As a generally accessible service, the Krushari Municipality offers various forms of social inclusion and social rehabilitation through the Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration, also operating since 2015.
As a local activity, financed by its own revenues, the Krushari Municipality provides daily hot meals to users of Home Social Patronage in over fifteen settlements in the municipality.
Of the listed social services, the Home for the Elderly has a means of transport - a car.
Home social patronage has two specialized vehicles for transporting food.
A sheltered housing for people with mental retardation and the Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration do not have their own means of transport and use municipal ones upon prior request.
In the municipal center of the village of Krushari, there is no established structure for pre-hospital care, which requires that in crisis situations, as well as when a visit to a specialist doctor is necessary, users of the ZZHLII or DSH use municipal cars, which are not always available.
The project proposal provides for the purchase of one electric vehicle and the construction of a charging station for it.

Закупуване на електрически автомобил и зарядна станция с мощност минимум 22 kW за нуждите на социалните услуги, предоставяни от община Крушари.: В рамките на дейността ще бъдат закупени:
1. Електрически автомобил (категория М 1), отговарящ на следните минимални технически параметри:
1.1. Тип превозно средство
- Тип задвижване: изцяло електрически (нулеви емисии)
- Минимум 2+1 места (шофьор + 2 пътници)
1.2. Батерия и пробег:
- Капацитет на батерията: минимум 60 kWh
- Автономен пробег с едно зареждане: минимум 200 км (по WLTP)
1.3. Товарен капацитет:
- Полезен товар: минимум 700 кг
1.4. Зарядни възможности:
- Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW
- Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW
1.5. Гаранционни условия:
- Минимум 5 години или 150 000 км за автомобила
- Минимум 8 години или 160 000 км за батерията
1.6. Отговарящ на изискванията на Наредба № Н-21 от 2023 г., която въвежда в българското законодателство изискванията на Директива (ЕС) 2019/1161 относно насърчаването на чисти превозни средства.
2. Закупуване и монтаж на зарядна станция за електрически автомобили с капацитет за зареждане от минимум 22 kW. Зарядната станция ще бъде монтирана на територията на имота, в който се намира административната сграда на Община Крушари.
