Purchase of a digitized system for packaging and pressing recycled textiles. Aims to optimize the work process and increase the volume of recycled textile waste. Modernization and digitization of the production process, which currently operates a machine park with a smaller capacity, and textile waste is increasing. The enterprise has Certificate 14001:2015 for environmental protection.
When purchasing the system, the work process will be accelerated, as the packaging of the final product, calculated for an eight-hour working day, will increase to 20 (twenty times a day) compared to the previously used machine, which has a capacity that does not meet the needs (volumes of textile waste) of the enterprise. The available machine has one system for pressing the recycled textile. The new system has two packs of recycled textiles and an optimized production process. By purchasing the system with a larger capacity, production costs related to electricity consumption are optimized. The baled volume of textile waste will be processed using less electricity. The consumption of the available system with a useful working volume of 30% of the working volume of the above mentioned system consumes 30-40% more electricity than it.

The professional baling system provides a qualitatively packaged/wrapped end product/raw material which helps to transport the recycled product to the users. It helps to utilize the cubic capacity of the warehouse and transport. Full utilization of recycled textiles.

Производственото оборудване ще допринесе по следният начин за цифровизацията на производствените процеси: Увеличение на обем рециклиран и пресован текстил поради модернизацията на системата. Отчет за рециклираният опакован и пресован текстил. Данни за дневно, месечно и годишно преминал през системата рециклиран пресован и опакован текстил. Данни за количеството преминал рециклиран текстил през системата.
Предвиденият за придобиване актив ще допринесе по следният начин за разширяване на производственият капацитет: Предвидената за закупуване система има по-голям капацитет за опаковане и пресоване на рециклиран текстил. Тя има две позиции за балиране и пресоване като минимизира участието на оператори за обслужване в процеса. Текстилните отпадъци се увеличават на територията на общината. Контейнерите за дрехи които сме поставили събират текстилни материали от населението и с помощта на тази система ще увеличим обем на рециклираните и пресовани отпадъци.
Машината е с две позиции и ще увеличи обем опаковани, пресовани рециклиран текстил.
