Object of the project investment is:
Telescopic loader, 101 hp, cabin with air conditioning, lifting height 7 m, load capacity 3,000 kg, pallet forks, bucket, Euro V engine, system for maximizing the speed of lifting the load, Navigation system for precise accuracy of operations .
In recent years, the farm has encountered increasing difficulties in finding labor for pruning and during the harvest period, as well as for its export and loading into trucks.
The telescopic loader will be used with a contour pruning machine purchased on the farm, which will be carried out once a year for 10-12 days, 6-8 hours/day.
The plantations are in full fruition and in good years about 70-75 tons are harvested. apricots and 5-6t. plums. With the fork loader, the production will be loaded with pallets. The picking period is about 45 days a year.
The loader is fully automated with a system to maximize the speed of lifting the load, the system is adaptable, thus maximizing the potential of both the telehandler and the attached equipment used.
The loader's navigation system will enable guidance, integrate various positioning technologies, offer precise location accuracy and help users stick to planned operations. With the ability to track and transfer data to various media.
The goal of the project proposal is the automation of the cutting process and the loading and unloading activity in the farm in order to reduce manual labor.
