This project proposal is for the purchase and commissioning of a Automatic Powder Coating Camera. The Camera intended for purchase is a new generation equipment that fully meets all standards for environmental protection and transition to a circular economy. The purchased equipment will replace the currently available Powder Coating Camera, which is quite an outdated technology. When using the old powder coating chamber, the paint consumption is significantly higher for the production of a unit of production, also a significant amount of waste is formed that cannot and is not reused. With the commissioning of the automatic powder coating chamber, lower paint consumption is ensured thanks to powerful automatic guns, high-precision control modules with active air volume control and robust motion systems. The latest model manipulators are optimally equipped to obtain perfect coating results in automatic mode of operation. The presence of the plastic booth for painting ensures an easy change of the paint color without leading to excessive consumption of the two colors of paint - the one currently used and the one that needs to be changed. Another plus of the automatic powder coating chamber is that a peristaltic pump is available, which ensures up to 97% recycling of the powder paint, which is impossible with the currently used chamber, i.e. there is no recycling of waste paint and it is waste that cannot be used.

Чрез закупуването и въвеждането в експлоатация на Камера за прахово боядисване се осигурява въвеждането на кръгов модел в направлние Намаляване образуването на отпадъци и по-точно:
- намалява се използваната боя за боядисването на единица продукция благодарение на високотехнологичните пистолети, които осигуряват качествено и бързо покритие, от където се и намалява отпадъчната боя при боядисване;
- бърза смяна на цвета на използваната боя, отделяйки възможно най-малко отпадъчна боя както от използваната в момента боя, така и от новата с която се заменя;
- рециклиране на отпадъчната боя и връщането и в производството.
