The measure shall consist of a public investment in a subsidy scheme in order to incentivise investments in the energy efficiency renovation of residential buildings. The scheme shall operate by providing subsidies to the private sector.
The scheme shall be managed by the Bulgarian Development Bank as the implementing partner.
