ZP Borislav Yankov has been running a livestock facility since 2014, which is registered under No. 2210-0355, located in the town of Dragoman.
The project proposal of ZP Borislav Yankov envisages the purchase of the following equipment:
1. Milking robot:
1.1. A milking robot with a hybrid milking arm, equipped with a pulsation system, the automatic washing system, a sensor system for the separation of low-quality milk, transponders for monitoring the health indicators of the cows, hardware and software for controlling the robot
1.2. Selection gate for automatic separation of animals
1.3. Oil-free shut-off air-cooled compressor for the milking robot
1.4. On-line UPS for milking robot
1.5. Industrial water softening and demineralization system for milking robot
1.6. Grain storage and distribution silo for milking robot
2. Scraper for manure cleaning
At the moment, in the farm, the operations are carried out by manually placing and removing the devices. Washing the udder and cleaning the cake is also done manually.
The new equipment is designed to fully automate the process of milking cows, creating the possibility for traceability and control of operations, for robotic management of processes, for generating data on milk yield and the health status of animals, as well as the possibility of exchanging these data. The milking robot enables 3 times milking, and currently manual milking is performed twice, as it has the automatic washing system and a milk separation module according to the type of milk. Thus, low-quality milk is separated from high-quality, which is currently impossible. In addition, the robot has innovative transponders that measure physical activity and other animal health indicators.
The dung scraper performs automated cleaning of the premises, as it has a digital task controller that provides the possibility of traceability and control of operations and automated process management.
