Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

The candidate "ECOLUXVILLE" Ltd. is a small enterprise carrying out activities "Hotels and other accommodation" and "Activity of restaurants and fast food establishments" in its own Spa Hotel "Leshten" in the village of Leshten, Garmen Municipality, Blagoevgrad Region.
   To carry out the activities, the enterprise consumes a significant amount of electricity.
   The consumption of a significant amount of electrical energy and cost optimization of the enterprise require the construction of a photovoltaic system for the production of energy from a renewable source - the sun, for own consumption in combination with local energy storage facilities (batteries).
   The photovoltaic system produces electricity during the daylight hours. The use of the local energy storage facilities (batteries) enables the most efficient use of the electricity produced by the photovoltaic system even during the dark part of the day.
The direct results of the photovoltaic system built according to the current procedure and the facilities for local storage of the produced energy (batteries) are:
   - Reduction of the company's electricity costs, estimated by 76.4%;
   -Saving the amount of electricity supplied by the electricity distribution company, estimated by 76.4%.
   -Reducing the dependence of the applicant enterprise on the electricity supplier.
Additional benefits of the photovoltaic system built according to the present procedure and the facilities for local storage of the produced energy (batteries)" for society are:
   -Supporting the balancing of the energy system during the peak hours of electricity consumption;
   -Reducing the gaps for accidents in the power distribution and power transmission network and increasing the security of electricity supplies.
The realization of the project, by means of financial support under the present procedure, reduces the investment redemption period to 4 years.
