Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

The project “Establishment of a Digital Club in the town of Troyan” of Community Center “Nauka–1870” – Troyan, under procedure BG-RRP-1.024 “Building a Network of Digital Clubs”, aims to establish a digital club equipped with appropriate technology and internet connectivity, providing free and open access for users. Priority will be given to supporting people in disadvantaged situations – representatives of the Roma community, women, elderly people, and others who lack access to computer equipment and the internet.
For the creation of the digital club at “Nauka–1870” Community Center – Troyan, we plan to use the project funding to purchase:
2 desktop computer configurations, 2 laptops, 
a color laser multifunctional device with good technical characteristics.
Both desktops and laptops are foreseen due to the mobility laptops provide. Desktop computers will be permanently located in the designated area of the hall, while laptops will allow users to be seated in different areas of the room.
Another device we plan to purchase for the digital club is a visualization screen. This screen is necessary because it will ensure clear and convenient viewing of presentations, graphics, and videos during users’ online training sessions. It will allow all participants to see the content without the need for individual devices, reducing the risk of omissions and errors during training. The visualization screen will also be used for promoting the program and the project.
To provide good conditions in the club, an air conditioner will also be needed to heat the premises.
We believe that with this equipment, we will create a pleasant and functional space for users of digital services.
