DEVA BROADCAST EOOD is a high-tech enterprise operating in the field of radio, television and telecommunications equipment production. It manufactures a wide range of modulation monitors, remote controls, on-air monitoring receivers, RDS / RBDS encoders and decoders and other systems for the broadcasting and telecommunications industry; trade and maintenance of radio-transmission equipment, radio-relay systems, modules, devices, receivers and the like from the field of telecommunications equipment. The electronic devices are designed to receive, convert, transmit or regenerate voice, monitoring and control systems. The company is export-oriented and realizes over 95% of its production on the international market through an established dealer network on all continents.
For the last three years, the growth in the export turnover of production is 51% in the European Union, 48% in third countries, and 1% in Bulgaria. During the pandemic year 2020, DEVA Broadcast EOOD managed to maintain export levels, despite the imposed key challenges and restrictions.
Part of the SMD assembly in the company is done manually, and another part is outsourced. With the current project DEVA BRODCAST EOOD aims to deliver and put into operation a new line for SMD assembly, consisting of two machines, with a capacity of 172,000 components per hour
In this way, the company will improve the digitalization of its production process and expand its production capacity by 35%. The new line will significantly improve the quality indicators of the company – it will increase the volume of production, reduce costs per unit of production by reducing labor and energy expenses. All this will have a positive effect on the cost of the products, and hence - on the final financial result, which will guarantee the sustainability of the company and the expansion of market positions.

Придобиване на нови технологии с акцент върху цифровизацията на производствените процеси с оглед на разширяване на производствения капацитет и/или разнообразяване на предлаганите продукти/услуги.: Настоящата дейност ще бъде изпълнена чрез придобиването на следните високотехнологични дълготрайни активи:
1. Високоскоростен SMD плейсър - 2 бр.
Предвидените за придобиване активи ще допринесат по следния начин за "Цифровизацията на производствените процеси":
1. Високоскоростен SMD плейсър - Монтажният автомат – автоматичната машина за монтаж на SMD електронни компоненти - се програмира предварително с информация за позициите на SMD електронните компоненти, така че да знае къде да ги постави. Тази програма се разработва директно от информацията за дизайна на голата печатна платка и списъка със SMD електронните компоненти, които ще бъдат монтирани на нея, като се съобразява спецификата на формата, размерите и стъпката на монтаж на SMD електронните компоненти. Това позволява програмирането да бъде значително опростено и дори да бъде извършено офлайн, след което софтуерният файл да бъде инсталиран на машината. Програмирането се осъществява от компютър чрез инсталиран във всяка от машините интерфийс.
Предвидените за придобиване активи ще допринесат по следния начин за "разширяване на производствения капацитет" и/или "разнообразяване на предлаганите продукти/услуги":
1. Високоскоростен SMD плейсър - В настоящия момент част от монтажа се извършва ръчно, като производителността на едно лице е не повече от 2000 компонента за час. Друга част от монтажа се извършва от външен изпълнител с капацитет от 80 000 компонента на час. С придобиването на новите машини ще се премахне ръчният монтаж, ще се премахне външното възлагане, новите две машини са с общ производствен капацитет от 172 000 компонента за час и с това производственият капацитет на фирмата ще се увеличи с 35%.
