The trend in the economy is the automation of processes, the transition to technologies protecting the soil from erosion and protecting the environment by reducing carbon emissions. This will be achieved through strip tillage technology, which minimizes tillage, reduces costs, carbon emissions and process automation through on-farm tractor navigation systems and investment inventory control systems.
Object of the project investment are:
1. Navigation system,
2.Isobus equipment for sectional control of inventory to maintain the spraying rate regardless of the speed of movement and automatic switching on and off of the sections by means of sectional control,
3. Cultivator STRIPCAT, with a pneumatic system controlled by a controller,
4. Seeder 6 rows with fertilizer application, ,
5.Fertilizer hopper for front mounted system with fertilization control computer,
6. Disc harrow.
The assets object of the investment will interact through the tractor, which will be controlled by the navigation system, since the attachments cultivator and planter are hinged and represent one common unit, which is controlled by the navigation system.
7. Photovoltaic system 70kw with battery block 70kw. The power of the photovoltaic system is designed to cover the farm's consumption of 35,755kw.h./year formed by the main consumer grain dryer indicated in the analysis with an installed capacity of 70 MW. According to the analysis by a competent person, the Photovoltaic installation will produce 35,700kw. and does not exceed the necessary amount of energy for the farm's own needs.
The goals of the investments under the project are process automation, introduction of new environmentally friendly technologies and environmental protection, increasing efficiency and reducing direct costs and energy efficiency of the farm.

2.Isobus оборудване за секционен контрол на инвентар за поддържане на нормата на пръскане независимо от сколоста на движение и автоматично включване и изключване на секциите посредством секционен контрол
3.Сеялка 6 редова с торовнасяне, навесна, секции 6бр./дискова, разстояние между редовете 70см. ,електронен контрол на изсяването, работна ширина 4,20м.
4.Furrow Force система за сеялки за затваряне на реда с контролен модул на натиска.
5.Култиватор STRIPCAT, с пнеевматична система управлявана от контролер, разстояние на междуредието 70см., работна ширина 4,20.,торовнасяща система.
6.Бункер за тор за предна навесна система , конпютър за контрол на торенето, ISOBUS свързващ кабел за свързване на машината с предната част на трактора, Норма на торене от 5 до 47кг.
7.Дискова брана с независими дискове и метален дисков валяк,работна ширина 5м.,брой дискове 40.
