AGS Group Ltd. is the owner of a poultry farm for cell breeding of growing stock layers, located in the village of Poroyno, Antonovo municipality. The proposal for the implementation of the investment includes the purchase of a mobile farm for free range of growing commodity laying machines equipped with automated systems used in all phases of poultry breeding / feeding, ventilation, cleaning, disinfection / with cap. 1200 pieces. Its introduction into production is related to a new organization of production – the "free range" type, which will partially replace the cell breeding of growing layers, which is used so far. In this way, the trend of increasing demand for eggs not produced by cage-reared hens and the demand for free or floor-reared laying will also be met. The investment proposal also includes an automated input washing system, guaranteeing the high level of biosecurity on site, and a tractor with a front loader, including technological solutions that provide the ability to control operations and manage processes when servicing the poultry farm. The realization of the project will contribute to the development and modernization of the applicant's farm and will improve all stages of the production activity. The implementation of the planned activities will ensure a high degree of automation of production, healthy working conditions, high productivity of poultry and welfare in their breeding. The tractor with front loader intended for purchase has the highest environmental class, which is a guarantee for reducing emissions from exhaust gases and therefore contributes to the protection of environmental components. The investments included in the project will contribute to the optimization of production processes and cost reduction on the farm combined with the protection of environmental components.

Закупуване на трактор с еконорма Stage V, номинална мощност 75 к.с. и система за проследимост и контрол на операциите, окомплектован с челен товарач: Предвидения за закупуване трактор с номинална мощност 75 к.с. и челен товарач ще се използва за почистване на животновъдния обект след реализация на носачките и преди всяко зареждане на нова партида. Трактора отговаря на изискванията за ниски нива на емисии отговарящи на съвременните европейски изисквания. Машината е сертифицирана и отговаря на най-новите гранични стойности на емисиите, обозначени като Етап V, които представляват една от мерките за намаляване на сегашните емисии при експлоатация на атмосферни замърсители, като прахови замърсители, както и озонови прекурсори, например азотни оксиди (NOx) и въглеводороди.

Закупуване на мобилна ферма за свободно отглеждане на подрастващи стокови носачки оборудвана с автоматизирани системи използвани във всички фази по отглеждане на птиците /хранене, вентилация, почистване, дезинфекция/ с кап. 1200 броя и автоматизирана входна система за измиване: В рамките на предложението за изпълнение на инвестиция ще бъде внедрена мобилна ферма за свободно отглеждане на подрастващи стокови носачки оборудвана с автоматизирани системи използвани във всички фази по отглеждане на птиците /хранене, вентилация, почистване, дезинфекция/ с кап. 1200 броя и автоматизирана входна система за измиване. Основното предимство от въвеждане в експлоатация на новото технологичното оборудване е осигуряване на условия, позволяващи естествен начин на поведение на птиците (ровене, драскане с нокти, ползване на прашна баня). По този начин ще се осигури висок стандарт за хуманно отношение към отглежданите подрастващи носачки при намаление на разходите за производство.
