The current investment proposal substantiates in economic, financial and production aspects the effectiveness of the investment in the purchase of specialized agricultural equipment for the sheep and pastures and meadows for their nutrition. The applicant fully meets the requirements of the APPLICATION CONDITIONS with a proposal to implement an investment because:
• there is registration according to Ordinance No. 3 of 29.01.1999 for the creation and maintenance of a register of agricultural producers much more than three-odds;
• he is the owner of active animal breeding sites, registered in accordance with art. 137 of the Veterinary Medical Activity Act;
• There are no outstanding debts to the DF "Agriculture";
• There are no required public obligations to the state;
• Is not in open bankruptcy proceedings or has not been declared bankrupt;
• Not in liquidation proceedings;
