The project proposal envisages the purchase of a Line for direct precision loading of compost and peat for cultivation of cultivated mushroom, Refrigeration equipment for a cold room for cooling mushrooms and a system for monitoring and managing processes in a mushroom farm, including hardware and software for collection, processing and data analysis providing traceability and control of farm operations, technological modernization and ecological transition.
