"Jiev" JSC is a registered agricultural producer growing 29,000 pcs. commodity laying hens in their own breeding facility located in the land of the town of Kostinbrod. In addition to animal breeding, the company processes 1,975 acres of cereals intended for animal feed. Through the present proposal for investments, an application is made for financial support aimed at the purchase of precision agricultural machinery for the cultivation of agricultural crops needed to feed the farmed animals. The investment is directly aimed at increasing the profitability and competitiveness of livestock production by implementing the latest generation of precision equipment for the production of animal feed. The equipment intended for purchase is directly related to the needs of the livestock facility. Specifically, the investment intention is aimed at purchasing the following technological solutions:
1 piece. Tractor with a power of 160-170 hp. with Isobus wiring, to perform the lighter agrotechnical measures with the farm directly related to the livestock and plant breeding activities on the farm. The tractor is designed in terms of power and equipment in order to carry out activities in a configuration with the equipment available and the subject of this proposal, through which to ensure the possibility of control, management and traceability of the operations.
1 piece. Precision seeder for direct sowing of autumn and spring crops - working width 5 meters - a machine providing the most precise execution of sowing events based on the built-in control computer and the latest generation development of the sowing apparatus ensures flawless sowing coverage of the field, providing complete information and control of the tractor operator for sowing in real time - number of seeds per hectare, distance between seeds, sowing depth of each seeding boot, sowing rate, signaling when the device is blocked, alarm signaling when the set parameters are not observed.

Технологична и екологична модернизация в Джиев АД: Слабо звено в птицефермата на "Джиев" АД е механизацията в растениевъдната дейност на стопанството чрез която се осигурява/произвежда фураж за животните. Техниката с която се оперира към момента е морално остаряла и неефективна, което се отразява пряко върху добивити и качеството на първичния фураж за птиците. Дейноста има за цел да модернизира следните процеси в стопанството- извозване на тора от фермата и разпръскването му върху обработваемите площи, сеитба и растителна зашита на фуражна пшеница, царевица и слънчоглед предназначени за изхранване на животните. Изпълнението на дейноста е пряко насочена към повишаване рентабилността и конкурентоспообността на животновъдното производство чрез внедряване на последно поколение прецизна техника за производство на фураж за животните. Конкретно дейноста е насочена към закупуване на 1 бр. Трактор с мощност 160-170 к.с. с Isobus окабеляване и 1 бр. Прецизна сеялка за директна сеитба на есенни и пролетни култури - работна ширина 5 метра чрез които ще се внедрят технологични решения, които осигуряват проследимост, контрол и управление на процесите в стопанството.
