In recent years, against the background of the global health and economic crisis, the important role of agriculture for the normal functioning of the food supply chain and ensuring food security has been clearly highlighted.
In addition to providing quality and safe food, agriculture is also given commitments to make a significant contribution to the goals of the green and digital transition.
Agriculture has the potential to produce affordable, safe and high-quality products, as well as to contribute to environmental protection, climate change prevention and biodiversity. However, this implies the creation of favorable conditions for its accelerated technical renewal and widespread entry into the practice of digital innovations, allowing sustainability of the results achieved with fewer resources and in harmony with the environment and nature.
With this proposal for the implementation of the investment under procedure No. BG-RRP-6.004, the farmer applies for the purchase of agricultural machinery: a tractor, a front loader, a system for automated grinding of fodder for a livestock farm, a management system for managing a milking parlor for cows 2x6 - set, system for managing and controlling the microclimate in the barn - set, equipment for maintaining the good health of animals, equipment for maintaining and managing the microclimate in the farm and contributing to technological modernization. The current investment is entirely for the activity of a livestock facility located in the village of Klimentovo, commune. Polish Trambesh, contributing to the fulfillment of the goals of the NPVU in technological and ecological modernization of a modern farm with thought and activities contributing to the protection of environmental components, including the reduction of harmful emissions and waste and sustainability.

"Технологична и екологична модернизация на животновъдно стопанство": Настоящото ПИИ ще бъде изпълнено при спазване на одобрения проект (предложение за изпълнение на инвестиция) по националния План за възстановяване и устойчивост (ПВУ), финансиран по Механизма за възстановяване и устойчивост (МВУ), съобразно описанието на инвестицията, съдържащо се в приложението към договора. Изпълнението на инвестицията ще се осъществи в съответствие с приложимото национално и европейско законодателство, принципите и правилата на МВУ, приложимите изисквания на националния ПВУ, Условията за кандидатстване и Условията за изпълнение по процедура № BG-RRP-6.004 „Инвестиции в технологична и екологична модернизация".
Кандидатът-краен получател ще изпълни проекта (инвестицията по ПВУ) с грижата на добър стопанин, при спазване на принципите за добро финансово управление (икономичност, ефикасност, ефективност и избягване на двойно финансиране), свободна конкуренция, равно третиране, публичност и недопускане на дискриминация, съобразно най-добрите практики в съответната област и в съответствие с настоящия договор. За тази цел крайният получател ще осигури всички финансови, човешки и материални ресурси, необходими за пълното и точно изпълнение на одобрената инвестиция по ПВУ.
Изборът на доставчици на дейностите и инвестициите (инвестицията по ПВУ) ще се извърши след датата на подаване на ПИИ и/или след сключване на договора за финансиране, при спазване на Член 10. Задължение за предоставяне на финансово-технически отчети и на друга информация, т.10.3.1. и 10.3.2. от Приложение 2 -общи условия към договор от Условия за изпълнение процедура № BG-RRP-6.004.
