Programme: Recovery and Resilience Plan

Svetoslav Vasilev is a farmer who cultivates about 3,500 dca of agricultural land in the lands of Trun mun, Pernik reg. The main activity of the applicant is the development of activity in the fruit and vegetable sector expressed in the present project, through the production of potatoes on 300 dca of own and leased land. The candidate carries out agricultural activity in a high mountain region characterized by less productive soils. The plots are fragmented and relatively small in size, and the time to carry out the various tillages for the potatoes in the field is very limited, due to risks of soil and production freezing. With the current project, ZS Svetoslav Vasilev applied for the construction of an autonomous photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 30 KWp for own consumption, which will be built on warehouses for the storage of own production in PI No. 235 acc. to the plan of the village of Miloslavtsi, Trun mun., Pernik reg. The electricity produced is entirely for the needs of the farm. All the produced electrical energy will be given to the electrical installation of the building to cover the needs of the consumers. In cases where there is less consumption, the "excess" energy will be accumulated in a battery, and in case of shortage, energy from the external power grid will be used. In addition, the candidate will purchase a new generation of agricultural machinery (tractor and navigation) to implement technical solutions in order to implement digital, precise tillage. The ecological aspect of the project, apart from the production of renewable energy, also consists in the fact that the tractor will have the latest generation engine (stage 5) which fully meets the requirements of Reg. (EU) 2016/1628 of the EU Parliament and of the Council of September 14, 2016 regarding the requirements for the emission limit values of gaseous and dust pollutants and for the approval of the type of internal combustion engines for off-road mobile machinery.
