With this investment proposal, "Tomato Crop" EOOD applies for a grant under Procedure No. BG-RRP-6.004 "Investments in technological and ecological modernization" from the fund for promoting the technological and ecological transition of agriculture from the "National recovery and resilience plan". "Tomato Crop" EOOD is a company operating in the agricultural sector, and more specifically in the vegetable production sector, the company develops its activities in the lands of the village of Stryama and the village of Shishmantsi, Rakovski reg. Plovdiv.
During the past economic year, "Tomato Crop" EOOD grew Tomatoes - 283,710 dec; Alfalfa – 2004,202 dec; Rape – 364,881 dec; and there are areas left fallow in the amount of 281,863 dec, or a total of 2934,656 dec.
The investment costs under this FDI amount to a total of BGN 636,000.00 excluding VAT and include the purchase of:
- Wheel tractor brand Massey Ferguson model MF5711M
- Navigation system brand SVEAVERKEN model F100
- MASCHIO GASPARDO cultivator model PRIMO EW 320
All machines from the above-described equipment, the object of this investment, are preferred above all because of the combination of high-quality products and prices. The most important thing for the candidate is the acquisition of quality equipment, manufactured by time-proven companies, at competitive prices. The selection is based on the applicant's observations in the field of agricultural equipment.
The aspiration of "Tomato Crop" EOOD, which is included in the objectives of the current project proposal, is to improve the overall activity and competitiveness of the agricultural holding by modernizing the production conditions contributing to the production of quality agricultural products. This aims to result in a reduction of the costs of agricultural production, improvement of the quality of agricultural production, as a result of an increase in the quality of processing and an increase in income based on an increase in productivity.
