The current project is being prepared by the Municipality of Suvorovo with the aim of improving energy efficiency and increasing the sustainability of social services delegated by the state. The project covers two social service centers:
1. Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration located according to the Municipal Property Act in Varna region, Suvorovo municipality, Suvorovo town, 4 Hristo Botev Str. The purpose of the building is for social care. The capacity of the building is 30 users. Currently, 27 users are covered. Types of support activities provided in the CSRI: rehabilitation, massage procedures, occupational therapy, leisure organization, psychological support, educational activities. The project involves the purchase of an electric car and the installation of a charging station.
2. The Center for Working with Street Children, Suvorovo Municipality is a complex of social services for children and families on the territory of the Suvorovo Municipality, which are provided to children and families from the town of Suvorovo. The Center for Working with Street Children, Suvorovo Municipality is located in the town of Suvorovo, 1 Okolchitsa Street. The services provided in centers for working with street children are social services under Article 15 of the Social Services Act: The capacity of the building is 20 children, aged 5-16. The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 28.48kWp, which includes the separation of an inverter room in the building and the installation of photovoltaic panels, with all panels located on the property of the building according to the project under the "Electrical" section.
The project contributes to achieving the strategic objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, and in particular the REPowerEU component, by increasing the share of renewable energy and introducing "clean mobility".

Дейност 2: Закупуване на електрическо превозно средство и изграждане на зарядна инфраструктура : Закупуване на електрически автомобил (категория М 1 или N 1) и закупуване и монтаж на зарядна станция за електрически автомобили с капацитет за зареждане от минимум 22 kW, отговарящ на следните минимални технически параметри за електромобили:
1) Тип превозно средство
- Тип задвижване: изцяло електрически (нулеви емисии)
- Минимум 2+1 места (шофьор + 2 пътници)
2) Батерия и пробег:
- Капацитет на батерията: минимум 60 kWh
- Автономен пробег с едно зареждане: минимум 200 км (по WLTP)
3) Товарен капацитет:
- Полезен товар: минимум 700 кг
4) Зарядни възможности:
- Възможност за зареждане от стандартна AC зарядна станция (Type 2), 22 kW
- Оборудван с бордово зарядно устройство с мощност не по-малко от 7.0 kW
5) Гаранционни условия:
- Минимум 5 години или 150 000 км за автомобила
- Минимум 8 години или 160 000 км за батериятанг.
